Talk with a TMEP Solutions Consultant about how to get started with Lean Six Sigma.
Can I get Lean Six Sigma certified without completing a project? No. Certification requires a completed project with validated savings to ensure improvements translate into real operational and financial results.
Do I need a statistics background? No advanced math or statistics background is required. The training focuses on practical application of statistical tools using real manufacturing data. Participants are guided step-by-step through analysis using Minitab software.
All participants are expected to have access to a full Minitab subscription license for the duration of the program.
Is training online or in-person? Lean Six Sigma training is delivered in person at your facility. Complex problem-solving and statistical tools are best learned in a collaborative, instructor-led environment. Between sessions, participants receive coaching as they apply the methodology to real projects within their operation.
