Rick Durham

Rick Durham brings over 40 years of industry experience to the TMEP team.  With a background in M.S. Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga and certified as a Master Facilitator (DDI).  Rick has developed expertise across various industry sectors including award winning best beverage facility in the world and fiber optics research and manufacturing.  As a member of the TMEP resource team, Rick provides technical assistance in leadership skills, continuous improvement, and train-the-trainer.
