For over thirty years the technical team at Matlock Endoscopic Repair has been providing the highest quality maintenance and repairs services for large and small diameter Olympus™ endoscopes to hospitals, surgery centers, and doctors’ offices both nationally and internationally.

Matlock Endoscopic’ s repair capabilities encompass all minor and major endoscope repairs including refurbishment and CCD replacement for Olympus™ endoscopes. Matlock Endoscopic is located in Nashville, TN and the company has nine employees .

The Challenge

Matlock Endoscopic Repair was seeking ISO 9001:2015 recertification. A surveillance audit was scheduled for the late summer of 2024. In order to pass their recertification audit, they sought an internal audit in advance of the actual audit to help them prepare.

MEP's Role

Tennessee MEP special appointment resource, Deborah Snow, performed an ISO 9001:2015 Internal Audit On-Site at Matlock Endoscopic. After review of the internal audit process, the findings were delivered via a written report. Matlock Endoscopic used the report to enhance their operations in order to be well positioned to pass the actual ISO 9001 audit.
