Deborah Snow brings over 30 years of industry experience to the TMEP team. Deborah has a B.S. in Manufacturing Engineering Technology and Masters in Business Administration Degrees from University of Tennessee at Martin and is certified in Lean Manufacturing through the University of Michigan College of Engineering, 3^rd Party ISO9001:2015 Lead Auditor Certification from Bureau Veritas Quality International (BVQI), IATF 16949:2016 Internal Auditor from BSI, Supplier Auditor from AIAG, Quality Auditor from American Society for Quality, Lead Assessor Certificate from Stat-A-Matrix Institute, Certified Quality Engineer from American Society for Quality, and Certified Manufacturing Engineering Technologist from Society of Manufacturing Engineers. Deborah has developed a broad expertise across various industry sectors including Automotive, Consumer and Industrial Industries. As a member of the TMEP resource team, Deborah provides technical assistance in Lean Manufacturing Implementation for facility operations and material flow, Quality Manufacturing Systems Implementation and auditing, and Workforce Development Training Skills for Manufacturing and Leadership/Supervisory Training.  

Joe Kirkpatrick brings over 25 years of industry experience to the TMEP team. With a background in Manufacturing Engineering Technology from East Tennessee State University and certified in Quality Management (ASQ CQE, CQIA, CMQ-OE), ISO9001 Lead Auditor, IATF16949 Lead Auditor, Joe Kirkpatrick has developed a broad expertise across various industry sectors including quality management, problem solving, core tools, and internal auditing. As a member of the TMEP resource team, Joe Kirkpatrick provides technical assistance in ISO9001, IATF16949, ISO14001 and AS9001 quality standards.
