Program Overview

Program Details

When new hires arrive without manufacturing fundamentals, the cost lands on your floor as slower ramp-up, rework, and safety risk. Manufacturing Skills for Success gives new and incumbent workers a shared baseline of technical and workplace skills, so people become productive faster and meet one consistent standard.

The full program is eighty hours of training delivered across ten days, on-site at your facility. Every participant receives a University of Tennessee Center for Industrial Services certificate of completion and an OSHA 10-Hour General Industry card.
